We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. We act as an intermediary to help you book and manage travel with airlines and other travel suppliers.
We may charge a service fee for booking, changing, upgrading, or cancelling a reservation, in addition to amounts charged by the airline or supplier. All applicable fees are disclosed to you before payment is taken. Service fees are for our assistance and may be non-refundable even where the underlying ticket is refundable.
Every ticket is subject to the fare rules, conditions of carriage, and policies of the operating airline. These rules — including those for changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, and upgrades — are set by the airline, not by us, and control your ticket.
Requests to change or cancel a booking are subject to airline fare rules and may involve airline fees, fare differences, and our service fees. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and credits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldZ Travel Flights is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other losses caused by airlines or other suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, or government action). Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the service fees you paid to us for the booking in question.
