This Refund Policy explains how refunds, travel credits, and cancellations are handled when you book through WorldZ Travel Flights ("we," "us," or "our"). Because we are an independent travel agency and not an airline, refunds for airfare are ultimately governed by the fare rules and policies of the operating airline.

Your 24-hour right (U.S. DOT): For air travel to, from, or within the United States, U.S. Department of Transportation rules generally entitle you to cancel a booking and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the flight's scheduled departure. Service fees may still apply where permitted; we will explain what applies to your booking.

1. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Fares

Refundable fares can typically be cancelled for a refund to your original payment method, subject to any airline or service fees.
Non-refundable fares generally do not qualify for a cash refund. Depending on the airline, you may receive a travel credit for future use, often minus applicable fees.

2. Airline-Initiated Cancellations or Major Changes

If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change and you choose not to travel, you are generally entitled to a refund of the airfare under DOT rules. We will help you submit and follow up on these requests.

3. Service Fees

WorldZ Travel Flights service fees are charged for the assistance we provide (booking, changes, cancellations, refund processing). These fees are non-refundable except where required by law, even if your ticket is refunded by the airline. All fees are disclosed before you pay.

4. How to Request a Refund

Call (833) 466-1809 or email contact@worldztravelflights.store with your confirmation number and traveler name.
An agent will review your fare rules and explain whether you qualify for a refund, a credit, or neither.
If eligible, we submit your request to the airline and follow up on its status.

5. Refund Processing Times

Refund timing is determined by the airline and your card issuer or bank. Many refunds are processed within 7–20 business days after approval, but some may take longer. We are not able to control or guarantee the airline's processing time.

6. Travel Credits

Where a refund is not available, an airline may issue a travel credit subject to its own expiration dates and rebooking rules. We will explain any restrictions that apply.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback for validly delivered services and disclosed fees may delay resolution.
